CADOGAN O'REGAN LLP
A Progressive, Efficient and Friendly Law Firm
We have bought and sold thousands of properties for our clients over the years, acting for everyone from young first-time buyers to large commercial developers.
As well as offering a professional Will drafting service, we advise on administration of estates, tax issues, the use of trusts, wards of court and enduring powers of attorney.
We offer full commercial law services.
Commercial contracts that are clear and that properly reflect the objectives of the parties and the risks involved, are the key to any business success.
We will guide you through the process of applying for and obtaining liquor and other Licenses and provide detailed advice in many areas relating to the licensing trade.
Contesting Wills and Estates
There are many reasons why, and ways in which, someone may challenge the terms of a Will, or make a claim to the estate of a deceased person. We specialise in vindicating the rights of persons who have not been fully or properly provided for in Wills or intestacies.
If you have been injured in an accident through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
We act in all forms of Civil Litigation being any kind of dispute between two individuals. It could be for payment for work done, or a dispute between landowners, or any matter in which our client wishes to pursue his or her legal remedy.
We have extensive experience in acting in matrimonial disputes in the Circuit Court and High Court and through mediation.
Medical negligence, or malpractice, happens when treatment from a health service provider such as a hospital, doctor, dentist, pharmacist or other health professional falls below an acceptable standard and there is a breach of the duty of care owed to you.
